After a nasty car accident at age 19, it was spinal adjustments that changed Dr. Molly's life and enabled her to move pain-free again. But she still battled with strange symptoms like inflamed skin, burping, regular colds and flus, and difficulty losing weight. Dr. Molly went to many natural practitioners (ND, DC, etc.) and they helped, but it still didn't resolve until Dr. Molly identified her intolerance to gluten and removed it from her diet.
Being gluten free has literally changed Dr. Molly's life. After three babies, she weighs less than she did in the 7th grade (with a very moderate workout schedule) and she feels better than ever. This experience showed her that supplements are not always the answer; you must get to the cause.
Make a Change
Many patients come to see Dr. Molly and they are on medications and/or supplements for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, general pain and blood sugar issues, but they have done nothing to correct their diet. Imagine taking Statin drugs for high cholesterol while eating a Philly cheese steak sandwich everyday at lunch. That doesn't make much sense, right?
